The teleconference format consists of two participants presenting
case studies for review and discussion by Sue Johnson and a group.
A limit of 16 participants will be accepted. The cost of registration
is $525 (plus long distance charges). To register, please complete
a registration form and send it along with your cheque or money
order payable to: OCFI Inc., 201-1869 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON
K2A 1E6. Please ensure that your credentials, e-mail address and
telephone number are listed. The first and last sessions will be
discussions presented by Sue Johnson.
