has been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder. The trauma was severe childhood physical
abuse. The wife has also been diagnosed with clinical depression.
Excerpts include part of a change event “a softening”
for the husband and a follow-up session nine months after treatment.
There are comments at the beginning and end of the tape by Dr.
Sue Johnson, the therapist on the tape.
